Q: Does this includes the poles as well?

This does not include poles. Only the net, the clips for the bottom connectors, the plastic covers for the top of the poles to connect the net and a rope to run through the connections

Q: Does this net fit a 10 ft, 6 poles trampoline. Original net was installed in the outside with pole sleeves. Thanks!

This is a different style net - it attaches between the springs and the mat, and does not use the sleeves that go over the poles. It attaches to the tops of the poles via pole caps, so it will work with a 10', 6 pole trampoline, but different pole caps might be needed if you do not already have ones for this style of net.

Q: I have a twelve foot trampoline with straight poles with little bend at last two feet- will this work??
