It would not weigh any differently, although it's mass would be lower due to the number of electrons available, which would be around .00000000000000012 g. Which if you were buying trillions of them, you could save several grams as far as shipping weight goes, although it would take 600 million cargo ships to carry that amount, so, unsure if the 1 gram gain would be very noticeable, especially since it would take around 30 billion (each semitrailer carrying 13,567 cartons, which might be a stretch) semitrailer containers (the 24' ones.) the kit I received did have a drill charger. I am very happy with this purchase.

Q: Can this drive screws or is it only a drill ?

With this drill having a little over 100 in/lbs of torque, when competitors are offering over 1000 in/lbs, I wouldn't trust this to drive anything but the smallest screws.
