O don't believe so. I'd avoid it - mine hot stuck at 300° after few months.

If you look at the options available, one is for the oven thermometer but the other option is for a freezer/refrigerator thermometer.

Can I use this thermometer inside the oven, to measure his temperature?

I wouldn't - I have another thermometer for the oven

What is the country of manufacture ?

I'm not a100% sure, but before I bought the thermometer, I remember reading that it was manufactured in the USA. It has worked fine for me so far and I especially like the larger numbers....easy to read through my glass oven door.
