The good and bad. 3 stars
I would give higher star rating but as of yesterday the screen motor stopped working. Out of no where I started my car when it had worked just hours before and the screen went half way out then stopped then would not move then. Would try to raise at the mid point of the opening time. Then the screen started to to lose color and then stopped. Not it's somehow off the track and won't respond and is just black. Other then having to now replace it it was great. The music still plays but can't use the touch screen or change the color. And if my car loses power say goodbye to setting any sort of custom setting for sub and speakers. The sound quality is fantastic but going to purchase something with a better build quality

works well , faceplate can be touchy, butworth it
Ive had this unit 17 months and everything works fine but the faceplace is a touchy, you have to snap it in just right for all the features to work but otherwise everything has held up nicely , it still pushes my speakers good , screen colors are nice and all the other features work well. You cant beat the features for the price. If they just made a model with a better faceplate locking mechanism they would have a 5 star product

Happy, but a couple complaints
Loved it except for the face was kinda dinky and the radio stopped playing music to everything but the subs after only a year. Overall happy with it, just with I could have used it for longer and not had the issues I had with it. I would hopefully like to get in touch with dual and get it fixed ASAP.

Look for something else
Bought in Sept now here it is July and the motorized screen has quit working. Wont fully open and no picture at all

Like it but have my concerns
My concerns are mostly with durability. I don't use it in a daily driver but it seems like it is already slowing down opening the screen. Fan is always on. But so far sound quality and screen is clear. The surface does reflect light making it hard to see at times. All functions and EQ with sub control come in handy. Bluetooth connection is quick.

Great but touchy
Was awesome until the screen went black and well what's the point of having a touchscreen if the screen is broken. Great customer service though. They have taken care of me and even though it broke and it's been an inconvenience, things happen and they rectified it.

having problems with the screen. bought it back in january of 2017. is warranty still valid? thanks.
