The media could not be loaded. I used these with an old cardboard tube from a roll of carpet and it was less than a half of a millimeter off! The 5 inch diameter is great because precision ports do not make that size of aeroport. These has less dramatic flare but I have no port noise.

This flange ring worked perfectly as an entrance for our cooler feral cat shelter (I used a cat flap for the exit on the side). After using a 6” hole saw to make the hole and marine glue to seal in the foam, I placed the flange in the hole with screws (the flange did not come with those) to make a more permanent entrance. After adding straw, I had a fairly quick shelter solution. Love the results!

Flange worked well me, however the true inside hole measure was only 5.87 inches verses 6.00 inches as advertised.

If you need a flange, this is it. Used to connect a painting vent box to a blower ( in reverse) and eventually vent outside. Connected to flexible metalish type vent hose, works great.

It is what it is. I don't think there could be a problem.
