Sure, my nails and hair are growing well, but what most people are looking for is lowering body fat and less joint pain. After three full tubs, I can honestly say that its a pipe dream. I believe you're better off just purchasing collagen type2 pills. If it doesn't bring the benefits, then this is just overpriced kool aid. Love the taste. Hate the cost.
