Q: My package only has 1 clay packet. This is my 2nd product (return). The instructions and kit details say 3 packets of clay. Is this normal?

The newer model comes with one large packet as opposed to 3 small packets, but the amount of clay in the 1 packet is the correct amount, so that you no longer need to open 3 small ones and mix them together. - Little Hippo

Q: Is the clay pre-made?

Yes, I received two small packets of premade clay. The instructions say to open the two packs and knead or mix them together by hand to make one smooth piece.

Q: How do you make the print raised 3D like instead of push in like?

I have no idea. It was designed to be an imprint. I guess if you press hard enough and flip it over that might work.
