Excellent dark brown sugar

I use brown sugar for a number of recipes - savory and sweet. Great product. Light just does not work for the umami. I only will use dominos brand. It truly does make a difference.

For some reason, I'm having difficulty finding dark brown sugar in my area. These arrived in perfect condition; no issues. A little bit expensive, but fresh, and worth the money.

Tastes like brown sugar…which has been difficult to find where I live..

This product doesn't seem to be as dark and flavorful as it was in my childhood.It arrived hard, and had to be broken up with a sturdy fork.
