Missing part of order.
I ordered 2 pillows and received only 1. I contacted the company. I received the 2nd one very quickly. Thank you so much! These pillows are not cheap. I’m very happy with the promptness in solving my problem!

Does the job is supposed to do.
Used this when I last refilled my spa. Actually, I think I purchased the wrong one as this was bigger than I needed. But with that being said it definitely softened my water more.
