Q: My daughter is a teen 16 plus - I was thinking a women’s small would work but how long is it?

I am 5’10” tall weighing 145#. Wear size 8-10. I chose a medium and it was tight in the bust but long enough with flat sandals. Loved the costume. Hope this helps.
