LOVE the High Quality - But smells terrible!
Update 5/18/25: It's been a year since I installed this hose guard. Unbelievably, there is still a strong odor every time I walk near this thing. It looks as new as the day I bought it, so it's rugged and has served the purpose intended very well. But goodness! I can't believe how much it still stinks! I was hoping it would be gone after a long cold winter, but it remains pungent to the end! Thankfully it's in the location that's only used for getting into and out of my fence backyard. So you never just stand there exposed to the stink. Overall I'm very happy with this product, but I would never purchase it if it was for the interior of a garage or other more traditional locations where something like this would be put to use.****The vendor put in the description that their product smells. But wow! It is noxious to the extreme. I'm using it outdoors and while I was working in the general area I could barely tolerate the smell of the rubber. Having said that, it is a high quality product which perfectly satisfies the requirements I had to route garden hoses safely across a pathway. Would definitely buy again, but I hope the noxious odor dissipates in the next couple weeks.

Heavy duty!
They are doing a great job protecting my hose that runs in front of our driveway. They are even standing up great to my heavy pick up truck.

Works Well to Protect 5/8" Flexzilla Hose
I bought these to protect a 5/8" Flexzilla hose. It has worked well and they are good quality. A semi has driven over these without hurting the hose. When cars run over it too fast it does pop up but I don't have any fastners within the holes on each side. That would prevent them lifting up. Happy with the product!

Tuff protection for hoses

Arrived like used
Not sure if they ship it from the factory all scuffed up and dirty on the bottom or I got a used set but it certainly looks like it's been already through some use. Otherwise pretty good. My other issue is that the area of the ramp where you could bolt it down does not have holes and does not reach all the way to the floor (floats about 1/2" higher) so if you decide to bolt it down, you need to use some stand-offs under the ramp's bolting points. I'm not sure if I'll keep it or send it back and try a different set from a different maker.

Good enough.
When you first get these they off gas very strongly. You have to put on gloves to take them out of the box, to handle them otherwise the burnt oily rubber smell will stick to your hands and anything they touch. When you remove your gloves leave them outside, it's that bad. That said, these were used to get a hose across my black top driveway to the other side of my yard for irrigation. Since they live outside they work perfectly. If you need these inside a garage i'd recommend leaving them outside in the sun for a few weeks to let them off gas. You can make holes on each side of the track underneath and zip tie a hose. My landscaper races over them with his Stander mowing machine and they barely move. I've had these for a few years and I dont even think about them. So they're doing a good enough job.

Good product as long as you stay level
Purchased this to string my Christmas light extension cords across my driveway. My driveway is not very even and I did not secure them in any way. As a result they moved a little bit and one separated from the rest. I do not blame the product though as FedEx , UPS and USPS all drove over it almost daily (not slowly like me either). Just keep that in mind if your driveway is not completely flat.Heavy duty and worth the money.
