Yes. You will need to buy additional burner shields and grilling grates to use instead of flat top.

How’s the griddle when it comes to food sticking to surface?

We haven't had any issues except with the sauces like teriyaki. It stuck to the griddle, but was easily removed after soaking with soapy water, a light scrub with a non metal scour pad and paper towels.
