Shilajit has been used for centuries as a remedy and supplement, and is reported to have some great benefits, including an increase in energy, stamina, and overall well being. I was very interested to try it for myself.The jar is small, and it's not full- BUT a little of this goes a long way. Each serving is only a "pea size" amount.It's an odd substance- Not something that I'd see and think "I should put that in my body". It has a tar-like consistency, and an "earthy", tar-like smell. To take it effectively, you have to melt it in to a warm liquid (water), and drink it. As for the taste- Well, this is NOT something you're going to want to sip, chug it and have a chaser ready.It isn't an instant boost like caffeine or something similar- It's something that you'll need to take for a while before you feel the difference. After a few days, it did seem to give me more energy and increase my stamina when working out. It was subtle, but noticeable if you paid attention.My only concerns about it are that it is supposed to have some heavy metal content according to my research. The problem is, I have NO WAY of knowing exactly what is in that jar, only that it was collected from rocks high up in the Himalayas. I suppose without having it analyzed, it's a risk vs. reward type of thing.

The product came much smaller than advertised and the jar was practically empty. Unimpressed and I would not recommend.

I recently tried the Himalayan Shilajit resin with Fulvic Acid and 85+ Trace Minerals Complex for Energy & Immune Support, and I have mixed feelings about it.Though, I appreciate the product's natural composition and the presence of Shilajit in resin form, along with Fulvic Acid - It's evident that the product aims to provide a comprehensive solution for energy and immune support.However, there are certain aspects that left me somewhat unsatisfied. The resin's taste and texture are a bit challenging to handle. It has an earthy, somewhat bitter taste, which can be an acquired preference. The resin's consistency also makes it somewhat inconvenient to use; it can be sticky and hard to measure accurately. I looked at other consumers feedback and I adopted the idea to use tooth pick for accurate measurement and throw away instead of the doll spoon that came with this.In terms of effectiveness, I am yet to feel that subtle boost in energy and stamina but I guess it will only happen over time. I also like that it contains no artificial additives. However, the results weren't as dramatic as I had expected based on the product description.Another consideration is the size of the product. A 15-gram jar may not last very long, especially if you use it daily, making it relatively expensive for the quantity you receive.In conclusion, it has its pros and cons. While the natural ingredients and potential benefits are appealing, the taste, texture, and limited quantity can be drawbacks for some. It's worth trying for those interested in holistic wellness, but be prepared for a unique experience and moderate results. I might come back at the end of the dosage to update if my experience changes majorly.

This Shilajit bottle comes in a very well sealed and packaged box to ensure its authenticity. However,when I opened the bottle, it looks like tar and smells like underground sewer water, hence, it's very hardfor me to try it. After some hesitance, I finally used my finger to wipe off a little bit from the bottle cap.It tastes very bad which is consistent with its look and smell. I just don't understand why it is soexpensive for something that looks, smells and tastes so bad. After watching some YouTube videos tosee how it is made, I finally realize how complicated the process is to make it which takes at least sixsteps from collecting it off the cliff in mountain ranges of Himalaya to cooking, then filtering, thenadding milk plus some other steps to thicken it. I will take it slowly. So far, I haven't found any adverseeffect. It would be ideal if it is encapsulated like a fish oil gel, but it is what it is and what I got is exactlywhat is described. Although it's not my favorite nutrient, considering how complicated it is to make it,also considering the proven fact that it contains fulvic acid and more than 84 minerals offeringnumerous health benefits and functioning as an antioxidant to improve immunity and memory, ananti-inflammatory and an energy booster, I would still give it five stars.

I've been taking this Shilajit supplement from Vedapure for the past couple weeks and think its helping boost my energy levels a bit. I have chronic fatigue issues and wanted to try Shilajit to see if it would help.So far after taking it daily I do notice a slight improvment in my energy and stamina during the day. I don't feel quite as dragged down and tired as usual. Its a subtle change but does seem easier to get through my daily tasks and workouts.In terms of taste and mixing, its not so great. The resin is very thick and sticky, hard to measure out the right amount. It also has a strong bitter taste that lingers in your mouth. I try taking it with juice to help mask the flavor.But the increased energy is worth dealing with the messy resin and bad taste. As someone with fatigue issues its nice to feel a bit more motivation and alertness during my days.For anyone struggling with low energy or stamina issues, Shilajit could be worth trying. Just be prepared for the sticky resin texture and bitter taste. But it may provide a good energy boost like it has for me so far.
