Can this tuner handle a low B on bass quickly without having to use the harmonic?

Is it a true bypass pedal?

I was thinking about ordering one of these, so I'm curious myself. Here’s a little trick to confirm true bypass on any effects pedal: 1) Plug in power. 2) Engage then disengage pedal. 3) Remove power. 4) Play your guitar: The signal should pass through exactly like you’re plugged directly into your amp. If its signal cannot be heard or is otherwise affected, the pedal is not true bypass.

What is the approximate current draw of the pedal?
