Q: wanna buy this but i am afraid i will receive it damaged as so many customers wrote that the faced this problem!

Mine was not damaged at all. I literally have 20 highlighters including the new mac highlighter. This highlighter is def. The best I've ever owned and I use it everyday. Def buy this product. I will absolutly be purchasing it again.
