Only works plugged in. There’s a version that’s battery powered that you can purchase

Does this have a uk electric plug

It does. We plugged it into our UK plug and it works. It will also remember the tune you set it too if you need to unplug the base say for hovering. Once you plug it back in, it’ll ring the standard “doorbell tone” to let you know it’s plugged in again but it’ll remember all the settings. I highly recommend this and it’s good there are 2 buttons. It’s also loud enough to hear upstairs and downstairs. Hope that helps :)
