Stuff is gooey and has a weird feel to it, makes my dentures rock and if i drink or eat something the darn things taste horrible!! I have had to buy that Comfort Lining thermoplastic denture adhesive overseas in the United States on their website and it seems to be the only thing that works and comes off fairly easy when it's time to clean my dentures

how often should they be changed

I wear mine all day at work, then remove them when I get home. If we are going out in the evening I fit new ones. So I guess I change them every eight hrs., but it's not obligatory. hth.

Can these ne used on lower denture with soft lining.

I cannot see why they cannot be used with soft linings. They peel off easily. But if you are worried ring Upbeat the company that I used I found them very helpful

I had been using snug cushion grip which you can't get anymore, i can't seem to to get anything to match it. do these really work?

No if using for bottom teeth, rubbish in fact, the best product I have found is the secure cream adhesive
