Is the vitamin c inside the capsules like a liquid paste or powder?

Despite the product name, this is not liposomal vitamin C. I am the scientist who published the first research (as far as I am aware) on liposomal vitamin C. It is beyond me why Mercola is ruining his reputation by selling this stuff. I repeat: this is not vitamin C in liposomes.
