At 57 and trying to compete with the younger folk isn't easy. I lacked the energy on a morning to get a decent score doing my warehouse job till now. Previously I could only manage between 70 to 85%. Rage gives me that edge I was lacking.

Disclaimer : I have never used a pre-sup before and only bought this based on its price and a recommendation from my son.Within 20 Mins you are buzzin - tingling neck, face etc and raring to go......some people have commented on the taste being bad however I have the berry one and dont mind it (my son had crazy cola - also not that bad (for a flat coke taste)).Not sure if there is a pacebo effect in play here however I felt fully energised and up for my workouts - I will be buying more of this stuff.....works for me!

Works. Well. Serving size is 1.5 scoops, I take 1 as 1.5 was quite strong for me.Tastes quite bad, as everyone else has said - all the wrong types of sweet and sour. You have been warned. I mix it with barely any water and drink it like a shot.For the money, excellent

Ok so I don't normally write reviews but this product is honestly quite bad. I didn't really mind the taste but it was definitely one of the more subtle ones, and the fact that it's somewhat translucent in water with white bits floating is odd. Now, the worst part of it is that it made me feel awful. I took it around 6pm and it's currently midnight, I haven't got proper energy from it but a weird mix of hyperactivity and tiredness. Also, it's made me feel very oozy, it was so hard to concentrate, way harder to see clearly, kind of like the feeling of panicking without the thought, wouldn't recommend

I came from the ON Nutrition preworkout shots but wanted to try save the plastic and use one that i can just quickly make in a morning. This didnt give me that usual face tingle and i didnt feel any specific energy boost on my 6am gym workouts... but it dissolves easily, its a great size and mixes super well. May work better for others?

The flavour isn't great but it's not meant to taste great. The effects are great 1.5 scoops has me buzzing in the gym the only thing im not keen on is the stuff makes me sweat like crazy but would buy again

This gives me my jolt; my start to my day. 1 scoop is all you need. If it is your first time of trying, I suggest you try 1/2 a scoop first. I ordered the blazin berry. i dont like the flavour or the after taste. its not sweet to drink but instead has a berry aroma when i drink it. which im not a fan of. everyone has different taste. but i wont be ordering this flavour again. maybe il try ither flavours im not sure yet.
