Visiblewave 4K Quad LNB 4 Output HD for SKY HD/Freesat HD with Bracket

excellent, fitted to replace older sky one which was starting to fail, took about 10 minutes, retuned tv channels and works perfectly

Swapped this over with the one on my old SKY dish, worked a treat, took 15 minutes and i was up and running, screwed the 2 cables in and then went inside, luckily it was the first of the 2 cables i tried on my tv and away you go.

My previous 20 odd year old LNB suddenly died so this did the trick and was very easy install on the existing sky dish.

The item arrived well packaged and with instructions that were easy to understand - although I did do a bit of youtubing to make sure.The only issue I had was that the existing Sky dish had the same extender attached to the arm with the little plastic connector which I've found impossible to remove. No problem though, as should just be able to unscrew the casing, slip out the old sky lnb and then install this new one. Wrong.... the neck on the Sky lnb is slightly smaller than the new one, so the casing doesn't fit all the way around it.... In the end I tightened it with string and hoped for the best. Rather amazingly it's worked and, with the exception of the occasional crack in the picture, is working well.This is no fault of the sellers. They could include different sized casings, but I think that would be asking a bit much given the price of the item.If anyone can think of a way of getting the little plastic connector off the old arm, I'm all ears! I'm currently toying with the idea of getting out my old soldering iron and melting it off..!!!

Bought this to use with a freesat box we had. Super easy to replace the existing and fitted to the sky dish arm well. Included a small guide on where to angle so we received the best signal for our area. Build quality feels good. Tools used were: small flat head to remove existing lnb, long nose pliers to remove existing pin, and a Philips screw driver. Job completed in 15 minutes / 30 mins to check signal on the freesat box with all channels tested showing 100%.

Does the job & no need to bring someone in to fit it easy fit

Seems like a very good quality LNB. Four outputs, so works with fine with one or two Sky HD recording boxes. Straight swap for the existing LNB by removing the plastic LNB bracket from the end of the arm. I removed the split plastic locking peg and levered the sides of the bracket out, which let me pull the bracket up and away. Age and the cold weather meant the old bracket plastic had gone hard, so it was harder to remove than replace with the new one. I was worried the dish might move while I was pulling at the old bracket but it was fine. Saying that, I have a satellite signal meter so it wouldn't have been a huge problem if it had moved.
