Is it only batteries or does it come with a charger?

Just the battery. It charges in situ while in the torch.

I have an old Mag-lite rechargeable system, model RX4019E, it came with moltech battery N38AF001A 6.0V 2.2AH. Can I use the battery you sell instead?

Dear Kayra, I bought it to revive an old torch in my past workplace - do not remember technical details.The old battery looked like 3 batteries stuck and covered together, similar to these: http://www.thebushcraftstore.co.uk/nextorch-cr123-litium-xenon-flashlight-torch-batteries-341-p.asp. The replacement worked fine. While waiting for delivery we used 3 separate non-rechargeble batteries. Sorry could not help more, Regards - Magda
