Q: How good of a cup of tea will this make and is it strong I have a hard time sleeping and need it strong?

It is really good. I steep the tea in half cup of hot water for about five to 10 minutes before I go to bed. I use a tablespoonful of Chamomile flowers and a teaspoonful of bullock tea as my sleeping aid. They both have been helping me greatly. They both taste really good too. Good luck!

Q: how many cups of tea can you get from a pound of chamomile flowers?

If you assume double infusions you can get 200+ cups. It can very greatly depending on your own taste preference. Some people like chamomile tea to be very mild and use very small amount, others follow our recommendation. Because this is such a big bag, some customers are inclined to use too much chamomile flowers (that happens pretty often).

Q: Can i use this on my skin as a face mask?

To use this product as a facial mask, first make a reasonably strong tea. Strain the tea into a clear vessel (I like mason jars) and let stand for a few hours. Decant the tea from the fine sediment that inevitably falls to the bottom of the glass (dust and cellulose mainly). Reheat the tea and add agar to thicken. Experiment with the amount of agar it takes to get the consistency how you like it. Apply as a mask. Good luck. Note: Calendula tea is the most wonderful thing possible for soothing your skin. Usually (depending on use) results will be seen within hours. Use it as a simple face wash for cleansing and tonifying. Use it before bed and your skin will feel amazing in the morning. Use it as a head wash for dandruff or an irritated scalp. Use anywhere there is irritated skin. Strain finely and use it to wash wounds (incl. those that refuse to heal).
