Reliable PC
I purchased this PC over a year ago and have used it near daily since, and I have no complaints. All hardware has worked perfectly since purchase, and the only thing I've changed is adding additional storage. The fans keep it plenty cool and quiet most of the time, even in rare warmer weatherI've not found any games I've not been able to play yet. Some very new games have needed the quality dropping a bit but nothing too significant and for the price point that would be expected. Very quick to boot using an SSD and I think this PC will last me at least a few more years easily.One very minor downside that may just be a consequence of the small form factor is I have noticed that when the GPU is under high load it can cause "coil whine", a high pitched noise which can be caused by interference. The GPU is high power and is very close to a lot of components so it's not surprising and not the end of the world either. If it happens I find either dropping the graphics a bit to reduce the load or just ignoring it is fine, it's not loud enough to impact me at all.

Fantastic Service
Fantastic service. I wanted to upgrade my Zwift experience from using my Android phone linked to a monitor to something with better graphics. I did some research and found Stormforce online. The whole experience was perfect. PC arrived the next day, was unpacked and plugged in within a few minutes. Everything worked without issue, there were a few Windows updates, as you’d expect, which took a few minutes to install, but it was soon up and running.
