Q: Does this charge the xps 13 (9360)?

I do not have a 9360 but it does fully charge my xps 9370 so my assumption would be yes.

Q: Would my phone fast charge (dash charge) if i plug my oneplus 5 phone into the usb-c port using an type a to type c adapter on my op5 charging cable?

I'm unfamiliar with that cable but the throughput on the type-A port is much lower than the type-C port on the adapter so to be safe, I would say no. Technically the throughput of the -A port is high enough to support fast-charging but I don't know of any type-A to -C cables that can handle that kind of throughput. On the bright side, there is a type-C to -C cable included with this adapter so you wouldn't even need the type-A to -C cable if you use the one they provide (and that one does support fast-charging).

Q: Will this charge my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g at 45w?

The note 20 ultra does not support 45w charging. It is capped at around 24 or 25w. So it will charge it at the phones max charging speed.

You need this if you have a Pixel 2

I have gone through so many in car chargers for my phone and have repeatedly got annoyed when my phone battery still dies, and then i was on some forums and directed to this! This is the first charger i have come across where i can use my Pixel 2 as a sat-nav and still charge my phone!The socket is of good quality and looks nice, the cable looks of good quality but overtime has now failed. Not to worry though as you can just use your own cable instead! This charge is well worth the money, especially if you are always using your phone as a sat-nav.

Laptop Charger Power

45w PD charger for the car, better than a 240v socket charger. Fully charged my LG gram 14 laptop, whilst also charging the phone. Secure connection in the cigarette lighter socket. Very good value for money money.

Huawei P20 Pro

Bought this hoping I could get fast charging on my P20 Pro and it seems to work! With a normal QC charger, it shows 1 lightning bolt on the lock screen (which I believe is 5V 2A). With this charger, I get two separate lightning bolts, which is fast charging (I believe 9V 2A - 18w). The Huawei supercharger is 4.5V 5A or 5V 4.5A - 22.5w so this should charge almost as quickly!
