I am not sure but I do not think the flour has GMO because it is selling for more than 50 years and it has the natural test of tortilla. for me, it is the best flour for made tortillas.

Just read elsewhere this only has 2 week shelf life. Does it say that on this packet?

Hi, and thank you for your enquiry. Masa Harina has a short-shelf life, typically around 3-4 months from the date it is produced. It then has to be imported to the UK and usually has around 1-2 months shelf life left. This current batch has a Best Before date of 15/11/17.....so longer than 2 weeks you'll be pleased to know!
