Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes, it is dishwasher safe. We have found that's it's just as easy to clean by hand once allowed to cool, given the non-stick surface. Don't immerse in water while hot, as this could cause the griddle to warp.

I wouldn't use it in the oven. It's a stove top griddle.

Will this work on a glass top electric stove?

It should work fine on a glass top stove, just like any other aluminum cookware.
