This is by far the best sink strainer I have used in my kitchen thus far. The chain cleans out much better than a rigid strainer. I just shake it out over the trash can, and it cleans out completely. A strainer without chains (just a bunch of holes) will muck up, and require cleaning with a brush or your hands much more frequently (which is gross). So the easier cleaning of organic material out of the chain and into the trash is worthy upgrade, and keeps my sink flowing freely while I dump loose food materials into my kitchen sink and wash em down. I am very happy with this purchase

This product is exactly as others have described - looks good in the sink, collects all of the bits & pieces of food so they don't go down the drain, and is easy to empty into the yard waste container. My garbage disposal stopped working so I decided not to replace it. Most of our food waste can go to the yard waste recycling so there is little need for the garbage disposal. I didn't like cleaning out the disposal when food pieces fell into it. Now I don't need to put my hand in there and feel around for the slimy food particles. Wonderful product.

I got this fully expecting that it will in no way live up to manufacturer's claim. Boy was I wrong. This product has exceeded my wildest expectations. It is so easy to clean unlike other sink strainers that clog and restrict water flow. No matter how full it gets the water still flows out of the sink. Came in from a bit of gardening hot and sweaty so I decided to quick wash my hair to cool off. This thing even caught tiny bits of hair!!! I literally could not believe what I was seeing. I would give this thing 10 stars if I could. I was so impressed I ordered another one as a backup. When doing so I discovered they make one for the tub and shower. I order that as well. Great product that REALLY does what it says and is made with quality.

We love this little gadget. The chain mail gasket catches everything it needs to and doesn’t have a negative impact on sink drainage. Tonight’s clean up of black bean, chicken and rice bowls. The deep basket with hole holes it that came with the sink is a fail. You cannot get sink drainage even if it’s clean. This product is easy to clean and works like a charm!
