Works good, I like the back door, I will put a clip on the back just incase. But I have two of these traps as a back up. I use tru catch too. But I do recommend these. I haven’t had any cats try to escape out of these while tnr them.

Once I figured out how to set the lever to control the trap door, it worked great! The only issue for me is the kittens were to small and light weight to trap

Worked great trapping my cat

I received the live trap months ago to capture a stray cat. I did not see the cat since then, so I never set up the trap. Two nights ago, our door bell camera alerted me that the cat was back, so I went to set it up. Its easy to arm and place the bait in. My question is once the cat is caught, how do I safely remove it without being scratched or bitten? I do not see a quick way to do so. Tips on how to do so would be appreciated.

This has already been proven to be a great trap for me. I got it for Ferrel cats, which I have already caught plenty. I've also caught a Possum that was under my home. It's super easy to use. Not quite the sturdiest, but it works. The wing nut and rod parts could be made better. Overall a great trap. I recommend it, and would buy it again if I need a second trap.
