Yes. Extremely hard to get off. You have to use an adhesive remover to get it off. I use it (with gloves) in bath bombs, not sticky and works well when mixed with the ingredients.

Would recommend

This is a great oil! Tightens skin and hydrates without weighing down. Great value for money. Smells different than what I'm used to. But I have already repurchased twice. Can't live without this

Not so good

I recently started using it, first of all it took forever to get to me I was almost tempted to just buy another product off of Prime. Second, it really stinks, and I use it on my fine lines around my eyes, so I smell it all evening long and it is a horrible smell. I would not recommend this one for your face.
