Will this rug lay flat if it's on carpet?

A rug on top of carpet will move when walked on. If it has furniture on it, it will wrinkle up as the unweighted parts of the rug shift in relation to the spots that are held in place by the furniture. So if you want to put a rug on carpet and have it lay flat, don't set any furniture on it, and be prepared to move it back to its proper place, regularly. Or, just don't put it on top of other carpet.

Will the colors run when this rug gets wet? I want use it in a bathroom.

I’ve used my 2 by 6 runner in the bathroom by the tub with no issues. Still looks like new...colors don’t run.

How is this rug shipped? Does it come folded or rolled?

Mine came encased in plastic looking like it had been rolled, then folded in half, which would crumple the rug. So I sent it back without opening it, since I did not want a rug with warped areas & wrinkles.
