So, remember those ice packs I got for my knee? Turns out they're a total lifesaver for something else entirely! I've been having some pretty rough hot flashes lately, and these things are amazing. Seriously, popping one on my forehead when a flash hits is like instant relief – the cooling sensation is incredible. Just thought I'd share my unexpected discovery!🙏🏽

They work as advertised. They're actually a bit colder than I expected and last a decent amount of time. I have not had any issue with the packaging popping or any failure when using the instant cold packs.

These cold packs are great to keep on hand!I ordered these to keep my hands cool while bowling in my weekly league. To keep them from warming up and swelling. Though these don't stay cold enough through all 3 games, they really did help. I've also had a couple of migraines that I've used these for. I applied them to my forehead and back of my neck. The cold relief was helpful to take the edge off of the pain.It got me thinking.These are great to keep on hand for various bumps, bruises, headaches and fevers. They're very handy to store in your vehicle for all 'in case of emergency' scenarios. Even being stuck in traffic on a hot day, these would be helpful. These are quite handy to keep around. They aren't sticky either. Nor do they really have a wet feel. There's a slight bit of moisture transfer from the cold but not much. I didn't notice any smell.This is a great product!The reason for the 4 stars is longevity of keeping cool and that there was a dud in the box that wouldn't crack or cool. Not too bad though!Would purchase again!!

I love these they are easy to throw in your bag and go. I buy them for when we travel and softball games.

These are so convenient to have. My daughter is in a competitive dance team and we keep them in her dance bags for emergency whenever there is any type of injury, bruising, swelling, etc. Easy to use and gets cold instantly.

Very handy to have around to calm my son when he has an autistic meltdown. They are very effective.

Pretty convenient!! I used these for a concert festival it was so hot I wouldn’t have made it thru without these. Best results work on lower back! It gives cool chills to the rest of the body 😮‍💨

Saved my bridal party from dying in the scorching heat wave that decided to occur for my wedding. The men stuffed their suits and armpits with them and breathed a sigh of relief. Only downside is the packets didn't last very long at all - maybe 8-10 minutes a piece, but the extreme heat could have played a significant factor in their cooling duration.
