Item came without a box which kind of surprised me but not much.It arrived on time and in quality glass bottle and was sealed – all good stuff.How effective has it been? Well, it arrived just an hour ago. I've downed the reommended dosage (two gummies) which tasted good and hopefully packed with what they were supposed to be packing.But I had beans just after and lately this usually leads to bloating but it hasn't happened so far.Will it prove to be value for money? I will let you know.

As well as an impressive array of probiotics, these also contain vitamin C and 120% of your daily intake and Fructooligosaccharides (FOS). FOS can act as a prebiotic and as a sweetener, so I'm not sure what role it's playing here, but there is 1496 mg of it in two gummies. Some people be allergic to FOS. These are nicer to take than capsules. It doesn't say whether these are suitable for children and it probably should. They appear to be distributed by a company in London and Dublin.
