No. Per the claim "water /snow resistant". It provides a little resistance to incidental water exposure (a light splash or sprinkle). If it said "water Proof", it would, to the typical 33ft for 30 minutes -IPX requirement. So IN WATER, I certainly wouldn't use it under water.

No, it can not fit with the telesin small case because of the bottom projection design.

Can use this door with telesin aluminum case?

Although I don't have their aluminum case it should work by the looks of how they designed the case they left the side door unobstructed so you can remove the battery. But if you can open and close the side door that came with your gopro hero 10 with the case installed then this side will work with it as it fits just like the original side cover just the added bonus of being able to access the usb without removing the side cover.
