Will this fit a 4" barrel SP101?

It fits my Kimber Kxs and that all I know.

What about 856 3" barrel?

Hi Kaleb, this particular holster has a snug fit for J Frame revolvers (mine is a Taurus 605 .357 with a 2 inch barrel) with 2" - 2 1/2 " barrels. I'm not sure if one with a 3" barrel would have a snug fit with the muzzle being outside of the holster. I would recommend the same style of holster with a 4" barrel length. Will this work for a Taurus 856 3"?

Look somewhere else for a holster friend. Although this does fit both the 357 mag 605 and the 38 856 3” it is a poor fit. The holster does not ride close to the hip, and instead bows outward because of the clip placement. The handle of the revolver sits far too low to properly grab, and the strap is too loose to correct for the loose holster fit. Look for something else, like a kydex. If you still really want a leather, look for custom.
