Wire doesn't fit!

Arrived. Wire doesn't fit into the socket at the back on the product as it's too far down in the hole (don't know how to describe it). Incredibly disappointing! Shoddy product. Cannot recommend.

Doesn’t work

Looks lovely and when first plugged in it worked lovely, for about 3 days then it just started flickering and turning on and off.On off button is also doesn’t work.
