Transformers
Although the transformer is damaged, I still intend to leave a positive review for the seller.I was replacing a failed 110vac input 24v 60w output transformer in a 60w max halogen reading lamp. After installation, less than 10 mins, the light output was zero. I verified bulb was good via continuity test so tested output leads on transformer after verifying power in was good on primary side of transformer and there was no output voltage, zero vac.Honestly, I was so frustrated at the time, so I reached out via email to the after sales service team provided in the Paper manual. After receiving my email, the service team conducted a thorough analysis and professionally confirmed that the transformer had burned out due to a mismatch in rated power, caused by the improper usage. Although replacing the transformer wouldn't resolve my issue, they still expressed their willingness to uphold their service commitment by providing me with a replacement product.Another aspect that left a deep impression on me was the proactive assistance provided by the customer service representative, Casper. He volunteered information to help me make my next purchasing decision. According to his advice, to match a 60W light bulb, using a 60W transformer is certainly possible, but this is under the condition that the light bulb is not frequently used. Running the transformer at full load for extended periods could be adversely affect the lifespan of both the light bulb and the transformer. For fixtures with prolonged usage, it is recommended to choose a transformer with a capacity at least 1.5 times the rated power of the bulb. Following his guidance, I opted to purchase a 90W transformer from another store and successfully illuminated my Reading lamp again! In the end, I did not accept the seller's suggestion to provide me with a replacement product. It might not have been the best transaction, but in my view, it was the best after sales service. I also try to offer tips: if your electrical appliance has a rated power of less than 10W, this compact transformer can handle its job perfectly. If it exceeds 10W in rated power, then you need to choose a higher wattage transformer. Hope it helps! :)

Simple furnace repair.
This relay is for my furnace. It goes to the AC unit outside. Goes from 110v in and 24v out. Everything is labeled and a lot cheaper than the new furnace I was told I needed. Rodents chewed the wire coating off the wires at the unit and when wires crossed it old transformer shorted out. Quick and easy repair.

Nice class 2 transformer
Important to look for that UL class 2 designation . Means it’s safe . Even if it’s abused it fails safe .

The product specs are misleading!
These are nice little transformers, but the specs provided by the manufacturer are misleading. They say this transformer is rated at 24 VA (Volt-Amperes), and then say the secondary load current is 0.83 Amps. If you do the conversion calculations for a single-phase transformer, A = VA/V = 10/24 = 0.416A, NOT 0.83 0.83A. It may handle 0.83 Amps load draw, but it will shorten the life of the transformer. The photos of all the ways this little transformer can be used are misleading. This may seem like an innocent typo, but when a manufacturer makes this kind of error on a spec sheet, it makes me question everything else they say.
