Excellent value for money and a wonderful scent from the flowers!

Literally about half the size as advertised. You pay for a professional florist over a supermarket for the superior quality, this was lacking.Could have spent £10 at Tesco and got something fuller and better value for money

Total confusion caused by the sender associating the RM tracking number assigned to my order to another person's order. Had no idea when or if my order would arrive. On arrival, the flowers were in very good condition but the two boxes of chocolates had melted (very hot period) into a solid block. Although presentation was poor, the chocolates were still edible and in fairness were delicious.

I bought these for my mother, and she was tickled pink, she loves flowers, and she loved the fact that they came from Guernsey and with some chocolates, the delivery was fast and arrived before they were due, excellent service, definitely recommend.

But first I have to say that the first bunch i received left me shocked and very displeased, it was just as well that they were meant for my home and not another home. I complained and sent pictures of the poor quality of the first bunch expressing my regrets at having not paid attention to the various comments that did not recommend purchasing from these suppliers. I dont know what happened to the first bunch it is being investigated but the suppliers have sent me a beautiful fresh bunch (please see the picture) to confirm that they can supply what they display. I am now a very happy customer however it would have been most embarassing if the first bunch was meant for someone's special day.
