Q: does it come with a charger ?

Yes , This scuba diving flashlight included a 18650 rechargeable battery and charger , We always provide chargers and batteries, please rest assured, Thank you !

Q: Is this a push button or twist on?

This model is a rubber slider switch, not exactly a push button. The switch is magnetically activated so it is sealed and there is no path at the switch for water into the flashlight. I have one of the twist switch models but found this one to be much easier to control with gloves while diving.

Q: Does the light intensity remain constant throughout the dive?

Yes but not for the retailer’s suggested 90 minutes. From charger in the morning to a Search and Recovery dive in 15 feet of water I had one light fail at 25 minutes and the other at 35 minutes at medium to low intensity.

Q: When i put on the o rings and tighten the end cap, the o rings get pushed down and don't fit under the cap housing. is this the correct fit?

The o-rings need to be together without a gap. The cap should then fit snuggly over the o-rings for a waterproof seal.
