Q: Is this solid sterling silver? I would want to wear this 24/7.

I've done a few 24/4 and haven't noticed any discoloration. A cleaning cloth came with mine and I haven't had to use it yet. I believe it is solid. I found the 925 stamp on it.

Q: Can this chain be worn all the time to bed and in watet?

It can be worn all the time, however, mine is 16'' and is too short to wear to bed.
