I've been taking the VEV Magnesium Glycinate & Citrate Gummies for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed, especially with how much better I've been sleeping. The combination of magnesium glycinate and citrate, along with Ashwagandha, D3, and Zinc, seems to be the perfect blend for relaxation. I fall asleep more easily, and I wake up feeling more rested and refreshed. Plus, the gummies taste great, and I love that they're sugar-free and vegan.

I would give these 5 stars except for the new bottle design. Impossible to open. Please go back to old design. This one actually got stuck and I had to cut the bottle open and put into old container.

I love how soft it is. I love the berry flavors. I have recently started, so I have not exactly seen results yet, but my husband have found a more profound sleep, it is def worth the price!!!!

I don’t know what this has that puts me to sleep. I bought it because of leg cramps and mood, and it ended up being a sleep aid for me. I rarely have cramps at night anymore, I am fast asleep.
