Hi, I have just checked my jar of unpasteurised living Miso and the answer is no, it does not contain any alcohol.

Is this miso or any of its ingredients made/harvested in Japan?

The jar indicates produce from US packaged in UK.

Hi which lactobacillus are in this please?

There is no mention of this. It contains aspergillus oryzae and is all vegan.

How much salt does this miso contain?

It says 1.02g per 10g. Hope this telps
