How do you prevent flaking and cracking after it is applied ?

Apply the thinnest layer possible to avoid cracking. It will still diminish under eye bags and lines.

How long will the effect last?

Each application will last almost a week but you need to leave it on overnight to get the best result and then apply once a week.

what color is the application?

I think I actually just threw mine away a couple of days ago, but it was kind of beige. Horrible. The stuff doesn’t work.

How can this be real I paid $700 in store

It seems to do the same tightening as the product that was applied under my eyes outside the Nordstrom store in a Seattle mall.
