Brilliant quality, excellent condition, works great at reducing my swollen ankle, so happy that i have a pair for each of my shoes. Surprised with how comfortable they are. Fits great less pain than any other Insoles, great pain relief.Durability so far so good.

Insole
Reallybpleased with item. Took to them straight away and they did not cause me any pain. Only reason not given 5 is that i can onky use them in 2 of my footwear as it made the others to tight for my feet. Great in my trainers and one of my shoes.

Comfortable and good value
It took a little time to get used to the insoles, but they are now comfortable, and my knee is not as painful anymore. To early to see any more benefits yet.

swift arrival product as described
I have been looking for inner soles or shoes that will help with pain in my leg and ease swelling in my ankles standing up all day with work. I only work part time so I don't think I have really put them to the test or through their paces just yet. no pun intended ;-)They are easy to install in your chosen shoes, they do take up a bit of space in your shoe and however and will also need to be cut them into your shoe size and shape shape so do make sure you buy the right size and like most insoles follow along the lines of your shoe size when cuttingThey appear to be of sturdy build with magnets installed that do feel weird at first because they do touch on sensitive areas of your foot bottom so this will take some getting used toI can't say at this point if they are making a difference because I am not out everyday in them but I did notice less foot pain and swelling and I am sure the stimulation the magnets provide will add some benefits in the long term

Quite thick and bulky
I found this product a little bit uncomfortable at first but got use to them. The only problem with them is that they are quite bulky and thick and do make your shoes/trainers feel tight. Will see how I go with them.

Vital steps taken!
Love the feeling as I'm walking around. It hasn't been long enough yet for a quality judgement but they certainly seem to be helping my feet 👍👍

Not worth it.
I have flat feet. This is a bane of my family on my dad's side. On top of that, I spend a lot of my work hours standing, so I need shoes and soles that are comfortable and supportive. Well, these aren't that good in that regard. The magnets thing seems more like a fad, but I'm only wearing them for a few days so we'll see. But the arch support and all that? Nope. NOT EVEN CLOSE. They're way too thin and soft for any of that. Don't even joke about shock absorption for heel or pain relief, "ain't gunna happen'!" as Americans say.Nah, if you need something for flat feet and long hours standing on your feet, look elsewhere. I will probably purchase OnCloud sneakers for that.

Not cheap but worth the money.
Can't say I've noticed any weight loss but these insoles have made it more comfortable walking for sure. I have an arthritic knee. Not cheap but worth the money.
