I was unsure, but the product was awesome,Ran after 3-4 bootups i dont know why, maybe I installed it a bit loosely.But after the boot up it ran flawlessly. I stress tested it and it didnt heat up and ran consistently.I used SATA earlier but this is damn faster.

Random read/write speeds are also very strong, making this drive snappy for everyday use.Pros:1) Lightning-fast sequential speeds, perfect for gaming, large file transfers, and editing.2)PCIe Gen 4 fully utilized, no bottlenecks on my system.3)Excellent build quality with WD reliabilityCons:1) No D-ram, it uses HMB seen in this budget. High productivity tasks require D-ram.2) Packaging is minimal could be better protected for transit. In my case, there was big dent in between packaging thought it might be damaged.Whether you’re a gamer or a content creator, this drive is a beast. Totally worth the price if you want big storage and high transfer speeds.

No compatibility issues at all — Windows was installed smoothly, and the laptop now boots up in under 10 seconds!My HDD gave me 50 MbPs read speed and now this SSD gives 3000 MbPs read speed. The speed improvement is massive. Everything from launching apps to browsing files is 15x to 20x faster and smoother compared to my old HDD.
