Yes. It is only suitable for a UV lamp.

Does it cure under led lamp?

Yes. It cures beautifully under an LED lamp but I do leave it 2 mins each layer.

Can it be used/cured with an LED lamp rather than the shellac uv lamp?

Yes it can but you probably need to double the curing times recommended by cnd for each stage

Does ir require top and base coat? Also i want to use it at nail tips for french manicure. Is it solid?

Hello, yes, you need Base and Top for this. But Studio White is more milk white. Really white is Cream Puff, it's much better for French. Thank you!
