A great way to store and dry filament
Honestly thought the Polydryer box would be a bit of a gimmick, never really considered the impact of moisture on filaments until I had some PETG that was a stringy mess.A few hours of drying cured the issue and since then I've stored it in the Polydryer and it's stayed around the same humidity in the box and greatly reduced stringing.I'm sure for storage the same could be done cheaper DIY but I love the convenience of being able to dry the filament and store is all in one system.

Seems fine for a drybox
Good price for a drybox, I don't have the drying unit but these boxes are quite good for the price, lid is hard to clamp on though and you may want to put some more silica gel beads in the bottom of it.

A good quality drybox
I bought this in order to keep my 3D print filament dry, and this box does this very well. I haven't had any problems with wet filament since I started using the box.The box comes with a small amount of silica gel balls and a little storage area behind the hygrometer. The hygrometer seems to be fairly accurate but filling the storage area with the silica balls can be a pain and you really do need to be careful or they will go everywhere. The lid snaps shut tightly, which is what you would expect in order to keep more moisture from just entering the box as fast as it is removed by the silica. There are also small plugs provided to close up the holes where the filament can be fed through from.I did need to be careful at the start as something kept getting snagged and the filament would stop feeding correctly, but after changing the feed angle that seems to have been resolved.Overall the polydryer box is a good, sturdy box made of high quality materials - unlike a number of other dry boxes which are basically food storage containers with holes poked in them.

Overall good
Pricey compared to other solutions, but very practical as you can attach and detach the box from heath unit. You can also use the filament when it is still in the dry box.
