Q: Are there elastic around the leg holes? I’m trying to find ones that do not have elastic there.

There is no elastic around the leg holes. The leg opening is snug but stretches out as you wear it. It's not truly seamless, meaning it does show through fitted bottoms like yoga pants.

Q: Is there a cotton liner? And if so, is it sewn in in the front. I hate it when they’re not.

There is not a separate cotton liner but the entire panty is cotton so very comfortable and works well for those of us who need the liner.

Q: The seam in the underwear are glued rather than sewn. Can you tell me if this is non-toxic glue?

Liz, it’s curious but there does not seem to be a seam! No glue, not anything. I keep wandering how.... anyway, sorry I can not be more helpful.
