Yes many people have had great success using Flex Seal on concrete. We recommend using Flex Seal Liquid on your koi pond though since it is plant and animal safe. Flex Seal in the aerosol can is not animal safe.

the tape might do the job--I sprayed on to a faux leather chair -- it's peeling off--I might get more tape seal..
