What is the strange fold at the corner of the case in fhe back and the front?

the little rubberband clip in the upper right corner is to hold a keyboard. if you purchase a keyboard, you would use this to rubberbank the tablet and keyboard together. this will give your tablet screen a little protection also.

Does this include anything to cover the front of the screen or is it only for the back?

No it does not include a front cover. It is meant to be used with the keyboard cover. That will protect the front . I installed a glass screen protector for the front .

Where can I buy the keyboard that attaches to this case?

It supports the official Samsung Bookcover Keyboard case. You can buy it from Samsung and use it with the Spiegen case.
