But I will say I try to only add one or remove one product at a time so I have a good idea of what really works. I’ve been on this for about six months and quality of my skin is great for my age. I’m very happy. I seem to be holding off dry skin and wrinkles for the most part. I read somewhere that hyaluronic acid as a supplement can be beneficial for your skin. I also discovered that it was helping with my knee that got achy when I sat cross-legged for a long time. After taking this the pain went away. When I'd forget for a while the achy-ness might come back a bit. But I've been taking this so long now I don't get the ache anymore. I love this one! No taste, effective for my knee, good strength level to feel the positive effects. Seems to help a bit with overall joint mobility as well.

I subscribed to this product and have been taking it daily. The capsules are a good size, and they are easy to swallow. However, recently when I was taking it, I noticed there was a capsule that was empty. The inside isn't powdery, so it doesn't seem like the pill opened in the bottle but included an empty capsule when packaging.

Good hyaluronic acid works well for my knee joints. Priced well too!
